"Wow" is not a word that most shoppers utter when they walk into their neighborhood supermarket. A number of less adulatory exclamations usually come to their minds and lips when they even think of going grocery shopping. Saline, Mich.-based Busch’s wanted to change that, so when it set out to develop its new unit in Rochester Hills, the company went looking for the "wow effect."
